Approvals
Preview 3D created a photo-real hero image of Domain at Chisholm Creek. This rendering became the visual centerpiece of Rockwood Capital’s approval package, helping communicate the full vision of the property to city stakeholders.

Pre-Development
Preview 3D produced virtual tours and still renderings of model units and amenity spaces. This gave Rockwood Capital and its design team a realistic view of finishes, furniture, and material combinations before anything was built. All of this enabled stakeholders to fine-tune FFE selections and layouts with confidence.

Pre-Leasing
Preview 3D delivered a complete set of marketing visuals, including floor plans and a rendered virtual tour. Assets were deployed across the property website, social media channels, and a dedicated leasing trailer. Prospects could explore the community and individual units long before tours were available on site.

Detailed visualization of interiors and amenities helped the team identify and avoid costly design issues early. Stakeholders gained peace of mind knowing the finished product would match the vision they had aligned on, inspiring confidence.
The Domain at Chisholm Creek website launched with full Preview 3D content. In the seven months leading up to opening in August 2023, the property received over 750 lease applications for its 240 units, roughly three times the average for similar communities. By April 2024, the community reached 100% capacity, fully leased.
